The script was not part of the 0.5-RC1 release.  It is available in CVS
at

http://gmod.cvs.sourceforge.net/gmod/schema/chado/bin/gmod_materialized_
view_tool.pl?view=log

However, rather than pulling that from CVS you may want to wait until
Chado 1.0 is released, which is expected within the next 7-10 days.
(Scott Cain will correct me if that is wrong.)  In fact, you should
probably upgrade your whole Chado installation to 1.0 when it comes
out.  The RC1 release has many issues that are addressed in 1.0.  I
also don't know if the materialized view scripts are compatible with
the RC1 release.
