[Gmod-help] Help w/ Server issues

Ok when i start a server on multiplayer (I dont check the lan box.)
   
  When im in game i press esc to see if my server loaded.
   
  What comes to my eyes is my serer ends up in LAN.  
   
  I did a number of commands like sv_lan 0 , net_start 0 and checked my firewall.
   
  I need help here obviously so can you help me?
