[Gmod-help] CAS error

Hi Steve,

I fixed it.  I needed to set an environment variable in the Apache
config (though it isn't clear to me why it worked before and now doesn't
without that.  Hmmm.)

Please be aware that it is currently a one-way trip: you can get data to
the wiki from Chado, but it doesn't yet go from the wiki back to Chado.
