[Gmod-help] Gmod10 Crashes when starting

My Gmod v10 Crashes, since update febuary 29 


When i start the program, it shows up the starting screen, and when the menu should appear, the game crashes and i see following screen:

I already reinstalled it twice with and without mods... no changes


I start, load, crash, Error-screen...
