Hi Dave, Jelthe and Nicole,
I am reasonably sure this is a known problem and there is an easy
solution: "Don't do that" :-)
I can't remember the reason for this limitation, but it must be more
than trivial, since I think Lincoln is aware of it and chose not to
fix it.
