[Gmod-help] bp_load_gff.pl load data into mysql database

Hi,
Yes, you can restart bp_load_gff.pl if you know exactly where your load
stopped previously and you remove the previously-loaded features. Otherwise
you will end up with lots of duplicate feature messages.
