[Gmod-help] Need help to configure GBrowse

Dear GMOD,
   I install the GBrowse in my windows system, and I want to show my quantitative data as a line with points just like "H3 histone data" in the "Map of Nucleosome Occupancy and Modification in S. cerevisiae"( http://frodo.wi.mit.edu/cgi-bin/yeast_histones/gbrowse.cgi/yeast_histones). Could you tell how to configure the conf file. Please see the attachng pdf file for detail info about my question. Thank you!
