I can get the 2kb upstream sequence of individual genes by querying the RGAP rice locus id in Gramene search area. So how can retrieve the 2 kb upstream of many rice RGAP locus id?<br>

FTP looks like, I should have some programming done to retrieve it. I would like to know the easiest way to do that.<br>
