<pre>Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an old user of ricecyc database and have previously used in one of my
published paper in rice (Jha et al. 2010; Transcriptional profiling of rice
leaves undergoing a hypersensitive response like reaction induced by
Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae cellulase).
Recently i tried to use the database to map our recent differential
expression data obtained after RNAseq analysis. However in spite of my
effort i am unable to map them onto the ricecyc.
I am writing this to seek your kind help in this regard. i am attaching one
of the sample data in tab delineated format. kindly check the data format
and help me mapping the data onto the ricecyc.
looking forward for your kind help
thanking you in anticipation,
best regards
gopal
