Hello,
I have been using the population genetics tool to investigate SNP variants and I have some questions about the populations and variant population frequencies.
When looking at a population genetic table displayed for a variant, the frequencies look ok, but the allele and genotype counts do not seem to make sense.
Also, I would like to know exactly which individuals are in the populations, how can I get a list?
Finally, when I go the "individual genotypes" page for a specific variant, and click "show" to see the variant in the populations, the data shown seems to be incorrect. There is usually no variations in the populations, even if in the population genetics page shows intermediate frequencies of the variant in the populations.
what is going on here?

thanks
Kate
