Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am using Pathway Tools locally and I am trying to include RiceCyc from Gramene in the pathway tools folder by extracting the tar file and placing it in the ptools-local/pgdbs/user/ directory. However, it is not getting incorporated when I am using pathway tools. Are there any changes that I should make in the folder? I have downloaded ricecyc_v_3_3.tar.gz from this site: ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/pathways/ricecyc/
I will be very grateful if you could help me out on this.
Thanking You,
Sanchari
