I was trying to locate the genomic region of a SNP with base position 22044104. The Locus id of the gene is LOC_Os11g37330. Ensemble search shows that SNP lands after stop codon, but on the second intron. I am not sure how that is possible since that region is expected to be 5UTR.

My question is should I consider this region as UTR or second intron?
