Comments    : Are the naming conventions used for exons in your gff3 annotations documented somewhere? Looking at gene Zm00001d027854, for instance, I see it has an exon with Parent=transcript:Zm00001d027854_T001 and Name=Zm00001d027854_T005.exon8. It makes sense in context that the exon being described is part of transcript 1 (T001), but I don't understand the connection to T005. Thanks!
