Comments    : Hi, I've been downloading Gene Ontology annotations from the Gramene Biomart for a paper I'm working on and for the most part is has worked very well. There are two species though where when I try to download the IEA GO annotations, I consistently only get back a 502 Proxy Error page, I suspect because of an internal timeout (the datasets are presumably quite large).
The species are Hordeum vulgare genes (IBSC v2) and Zea mays genes (B73 RefGen_v4). To reproduce the error, select GO: Evidence Code = IEA as the only filter and check Gene Stable ID, GO term accession, GO term evidence code, and GO domain as the attributes. Click on Results and then export to file (I've tried TSV and CSV, neither direct download nor compressing/notifying by email worked).
Could you look into what is happening there and perhaps tell me if I can find the data some other place in the meantime (e.g. in the FTP bulk download section), or perhaps export them for me?
