is there any file with Transcription Start Sites for v4 genome of maize?
I'v seen that papber by Mejia-Guerra et al 2015 ( https://doi.org/10.1105/tpc.15.00630) identified TSS for v3 version.
But I can't find TSS for v4 version anywhere.
Could you help me? I supposed the TSS has been identified for v4 genome and incorporated in gff3 or gtf file but it is not the case.
