Dear sir or madam,
I am working on cDNA multifasta files for two cultivars: nipponbare and N22,
and I am trying to get the annotation for the correspoinding genes. In one
file (Nipponbare), I get a gene annotation such as Osjap01g00010 which I
think corresponds to Os01g0100100. On the other multifasta, I get for the
same sequence A2J10_04T0127800. The paper from which these were published
refer to your website: http://oge.gramene.org, where I suspect I can figure
this out (but I dont know), but the website is down. Do you have any advice
on how to consolidate these into a RAP (Os) ID?
Thank you for your time.
Ángel
