If you look at these transcript IDs and protein IDs, there is a lot of inconsistency with the conventional gene nomenclature guidelines. The Transcript IDs can simply replace 'G' from the gene ID to 'T' and 'P' for protein. That way is is much earlier to transform the data and establish searchers from external DBs.

We have a problem finding and connecting data and establishing Xref.

This is a generic suggestion, that needs to be followed as a guideline.
