I do not find an Arabidopsis thaliana gene in Gramene  At4g21370. This gene is present in TAIR (https://www.arabidopsis.org/servlets/TairObject?id=130247&type=locus) and is known to transcribe. Although, it has a frameshift mutation and is considered as a pseudogene. Is gramene filtering all pseudogenes?. Having this gene in gramene could help analyzing other plant species that show selfing. I am interested in searching for its homologs in gramene.
