Comments    : hi, I am doing a project on micro-array transcriptomics of three cereal crops namely wheat, rice and barley and trying to find transcription factors involved in seed development through micro-array data analysis as I am using micro-array data I found that affaymatrix annotation file of the wheat genome is not much of help in fulfilling my needs it does not have gene name or any relevant  columns to give information. I also used DAVID and biomart  to convert my probsets to genes but it was not that much helpful.I am wondering if I am doing something wrong in this regard and maybe I should choose to shift to rna seq data. I would be very grateful if you advise me what to do as I have already examined nearly all possible ways. thank you in advance
