Comments    : When converting from V4 to V3 it seems there is a bug in the tool.
I've selected all the TE annotated in AGPv4 (://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/CURRENT_RELEASE/gff3/zea_mays/repeat_annotation/) on chromosomes 1 to 10 and converted them to AGPv3 coordinates. The results shows many TE split in maize AGPv3.
