We have downloaded your owl files for the plant reactome data and found that the links to Uniprot did not cover those that were available on your website. We have also noticed that the reactome data for plants is largely missing from the current Uniprot data so we cannot get the details from there either. 
I looked at your mapping files for download and found that the following file has the criteria we need: https://plantreactome.gramene.org/download/current/UniProt2PlantReactome.txt. However we have noticed that it is only for Rice and no other plant species.

Please can you recommend the most expedient way for us to get a comprehensive set of these is mappings for all plant species?
