I am looking for genotypes of a set of SNPs at the rice 3 k data set hold at Gramene genotype frequency window . I found some SNPs that were included at the rice 3k project hold at Gramene (like 10430393769 SNP). I wonder if the other SNPs that were not included  at the 3 k dataset from Gramene might be actually at the 3 k project hold at IRRI. I mean, is it worth looking at the 3k rice project at IRRI?
