Function EnsEMBL::Web::Component::Tools::Blast::HspQueryPlot fails to execute due to the following error:

	substr outside of string at /usr/local/ensembl-94/ensembl-webcode/modules/EnsEMBL/Draw/Utils/Bump.pm line 191.
