Comments    : I have used Oryzabase to download lists of genes pertaining to specific traits (trait ontology) of rice. There are only RAP_DB gene IDs in those lists, which point to the Oryza sativa japonica genome. I would like to have a similar TO list of genes pertaining to Oryza sativa indica (93-11). How can I access that on Gramene?
