Comments    : Hi - I'm trying use the biomart to access a list of potato genes using the NCBI ID numbers. In BioMart, I am using the dataset \"SolTub_3.0\". However, when I enter the ID numbers in the \"Input external references ID list\", and then 'count', I only get hits from a select number (19/36) of the inputs, and the results data I get back does not correspond to the gene that I'm looking for. For example, NCBI ID number 102600818 does not show up in BioMart (although it does in NCBI). And ID number 102597555 results in a Endonuclease/exonuclease/phosphatase family protein but in NCBI it is annotated as a type I inositol polyphosphate 5-phosphatase 12-like protein.  Please let me know if I am somehow entering the data incorrectly.
