Comments    : Hi, I'd like to download a .gaf or equivalent GO annotation file for the maize genome. This file would have a list of GO annotations associated with each gene. I'm having trouble locating the V3 file, and not sure if the V4 file is available yet. The V4 file would be preferable, but a V3 file would work as well. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
