Comments    : Hi! I found the maize methylome data (ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/Zea_mays/methylome/) on Gramene is very useful. Can I use that dataset in my own project with proper citation? If so, I wonder how the data was generated. Was it calculated by method described in Regulski et al., 2013 Genome Research paper? Base on Tello-Ruiz et al., 2015 NAR paper, \"Methylation site data, derived from bisulphite sequencing of two maize genetic backgrounds (21)\". But I did not find description on the method. Thanks for your time.
