Comments    : We have DGE data from the previous assembly and trying to convert to the new version. We managed to do it using the GFFs we have but in the DGE set, we have old gene IDs like MLOC_10001. I can search them on Gramene (see the reference URL), but I can't get a mapping file anywhere. Can you help
