Could you advise how I can search for traits associated with a specific region of the rice genome:
eg Os01 region 42,541,334 to 43,166,882 bp is syntenic to a region 3B of wheat (810,267,527 to 823,031,489 bp) and I am trying to identify any traits or QTL that may be associated with the rice region.
