I was reading your recent Nature paper (congrats!) on the new maize genome assembly and annotation, and wanted to get access to information on your improved gene models.  At the v4 reference site on Gramene (http://ensembl.gramene.org/Zea_mays/Info/Index?db=core), the ftp link takes you to a folder that (as far as I can see) has information about the v3 genome, but not the v4 genome.  I can't find any other reference from the published paper about where to access the newest, most stable, gene model annotation.  In the Supplemental file, it describes both a working set and a filtered set, and I would be interested to have access to both.  In addition, I'm interested in a file that maps the new v4 gene models back to the old v3 gene models.  Can you point me towards these files?  Thank you!
