Comments    : Greetings. I've been working on a manuscript that investigates gene Zm00001d051422 among others and I'm caught in a version 3/4 hiccup. The version 4 transcript model includes zero 5' or 3' untranslated sequence so I think it must be wrong. Meanwhile, the version 3 model can no longer be coughed up by any browser I've tried, so using it in the manuscript is a bit problematic. But based on our RT-PCR v3 appears to be correct. Any chance of a re-annotation for the v4 transcript model in the near future? Thanks.
