Comments    : The map id in the gene docs in solr and mongodb (IBSC v2) doesn't match the map id in the maps collection (Hv_IBSC_PGSB_v2). This causes the neighborhood conservation mode of the gene tree browser to fail silently. The fix is to enforce consistent map ids between the maps and genes collections, but it is also possible to use taxon_id as a workaround.
