Hello,
I was wondering if the mitochondrial and plastid sequence will be available for version 4 of the maize genome? I have a screenshot that at one point showed the list of chromosomes under the "Statistics" "Summary" section which included 12 sequences - chr 1-10 and Pt and Mt. I cannot find these sequences on the ftp though.
