Hello, is it possible to continue working with AGPv3 for Zea mays. I'm not able to find my genes using the older GRMZ numbers. The new Zm numbers do not contain any annotations. The new positions do not match MaizeGDB, therefore I cannot find possible transposon insertion lines. I tried the converter and that didn't work either.
Please help.
