Hello,
My collaborator recently used maize AGPv4 to align some sequence reads.  While he was able to do it, he was not able to get any gene identifiers.  Instead, he only got numbers (Zm00001d020457, Zm00001d048253, Zm00001d045041, etc.) without any gene annotation.  Is there a way for us to get this information?  Thanks for your help.
