Hi,

I have a list of genes (~140) that I wish to search for the homologs in arabidopsis. Unfortunately I only have the old synonyms (i.e. GRMZM IDs) but Biomart seems to only accept the new MAKER IDs (one example is GRMZM2G120408 for which the MAKER ID is Zm00001d016066).

Is there a way to search using the old GRMZM IDs or a way to convert them to the new MAKER IDs?
