Hi,
I make the cartography of our maize SNP markers used in my lab.
I observe something strange : for one marker, I blast it on the Gramene blast AND on the MaizeGDB blast and I obtain 2 different positions, not on the same chromosome!!!

So, can you tell me the differences between these two websites ? and why I obtain these two results ?
