Hello,
I am a  graduate student at Purdue trying to analyze RNAseq data from S. lycopersicum. I downloaded the GO annotations from the BioMart on the ensembl site, but the BioMart does not include genes that are not mapped to a chromosome (Solyc00g), though a number of them have been characterized and have GO terms associated with them (based on Panther and Solgenomics annotation data). Is there a reason these are not available to download from BioMart or could they be added?
