Hello,

I did a few BLAST today and I was quite surprised that only a few hits were found. In order to confirm those results, I re-blast sequences that I did on May, 2nd for which I had a lot of results and I had no more hits.

Could you explain me why ?
Did you do any changes ? If yes, were there mistake with the former version or are there troubles with the new one ?
