Dear Anh,

BLAST is working for me.  Are you using the tool from the gramene tools
page, if so, your link should look something like:
http://ensembl.gramene.org/Oryza_sativa/Tools/Blast?db=core

>From there, you can change the species that you want to BLAST against.

Let me know if you still have problems after you go to the page I suggest.
Another way to get to this page is by clicking on "Tools" from Gramene's
front page, this will take you to http://ensembl.gramene.org/tools.html
where you select "BLAST".

I will ask our developers team to redirect the archival BLAST page that I
believe you were trying to use to the above Tools page.
