Hi,

I have some QTL intervals I would like to convert from Zea mays v.2 to v.3. My current format is manually inputted text. I have saved it as tab delimited text in the format shown in the example of the file formats in the converter tool documentation.

I also took your sample data and tried to convert it (making sure that those coord. exist in Zea mays first) and it failed.

Here's what I used:

chr1  213941196  213942363
