Hello Gramene team,
I have a list of "GRMZM..." Gene IDs for which I would like to find corresponding EntrezGene ID and UniProt ID with BioMart. However it seems that after change of nomenclature for Zea Mays this format of IDs is no longer supported (When I try to limit gene IDs in filter section with list of genes in GRMZM format it's not working, count of selected genes is 0 each time). Is there any way to convert old GRMZM IDs to new Zm format then?
