a number of gene models and their links from maize GDB based on RefGen_v3 are not coming up in Gramene. I'm working with a panel of 13 established gene models found in maize GDB. 9 are readily found in Gramene by their GRMZM synonym, but 4 are not found by GRMZM synonyms or maize GDB genome coordinates. The links from maize GDB to paralogs, orthologs etc. also come up not found. Suggestions?  Thanks
