Dear sir/madam,
I would like to perform a blastp search against the Vitis vinifera genome. I have a multifasta greater than 30 sequences, which prevents me from doing it online, but no perl os scripting skills to work with the API.
Is there a way I can do this?
My basic question is to map IDs of the type 
GSVIVT01000001001
onto IDs of the type
VIT_14s0128g00010
