Hi,
I would like to use the crossMap package to transform SNPs from Maize genome V2 To Maize Genome V3  " SNPs which is supported from  HapMap3 from Panzea "  but the SNPs file is to large to use your service interface.

So can you please support me with the chain file that you use in your server with crossMap?
