Comments    : 

We have  lots of ncRNA loci mapped on the rice genome by AGI. Is there a way we can get some metadata annotation about what they are. Also if we can map them to known lncRNA and smallRNAs from mirDB that would be great. 

I believe it is true for lots of Oryza genomes we have.
