I hope I am directing this to the right place. Hopefully, I'm not just pestering you about something you already know about.
I may have come across an error:
http://obo.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/obo/obo/obo/ontology/environmental/envo.obo?view=log

seems to be a broken link. This is the link associated with the Ontology and Definitions link for environment ontology located on http://archive.gramene.org/plant_ontology/ontology_browse.html#eo

As a result it appears that people can browse the EO, but not download the whole flat.
