Hi:

I love your marked up cDNA sequences. Once I find a polymorphism of interest, how do I find the identity of the lines and which SNPs they have? For instance, how do I know which lines are A or C ( whatever the change is) for SNP PZE0417839625? This would be wonderful information for exploring EMS lesions.
