I spot checked Arabidopsis, soybean, Brassica oleracea, banana, maize, rice and Brachypodium.  The tracks seem to work as expected, can be turned on and off and popup windows giving information about the feature is working.

The only odd thing is that the "All repeats" track does not cover all of the repeats found in other tracks.  Here are two examples where the "All repeats" track is missing some repeats:
