Dear,I have a question. In using the blast, when I put 30 bases or more than 30 bases to blast, it could show that one hit found. But, when I put 20 or less 20 bases to blast, it could show that no hits found. I do not why? why blast 20 bases showed the no hits found.
Please help me, thanks!
